1. Broken Front Window needs repair.
Though some have come to like the broken front window with its numerous fissures. It is about to fall in and kill some small furry creature.

2. Back alley Security/Doggie Gate
Keep our dog friends and artist's goods safe. For those of you who witnessed the great tree and cooler heist you know what I'm talking about.

3. Shed
We are accumulating more tools and paraphenalia than we can accommodate in my studio and would like a universal shed in the back just for the gallery stuff. Any body out there need to get rid of a shed?
